Planned:Over the last two weeks, the children have explored St Mary's preschool and the different equipment. The children have particularly enjoyed being outside. Today, Nathan and Kavith were playing with diggers and using them to push around and move bark. Ahad used the alphabet cards and went through them. He then used a whiteboard and marker to write the English and Arabic alphabet. Jayden, Evie and Jack were playing in the sand pit, using the shovels to dig and fill up different buckets. James, Pilar and Lucas played together using the fabric shapes in a dramatic/imaginative way that involved lots of communication between them. Elliot and Christine enjoyed exploring the mud kitchen, where they pretended to make different things using the dirt, water and leaves. Hunter, Nyiel and Isaiah were creative with the connecting blocks and built different things together. Isaiah then played with the Lego, where Pilar, Lucas and James were playing. They all sat together and created their own individual buildings.
